Availability is confirmed through our website based on the selected package, date, and guest count. Dates are not held or reserved until a completed booking, signed agreement, and required payment are received.

A booking is finalized when the client completes the online booking process, executes the applicable agreement, and submits payment in full or as outlined in the contract. Upon completion, the event date and time are officially reserved, and all venue policies and guidelines become binding.

Following booking, clients receive a welcome guide and required pre-ceremony checklist outlining timelines, access details, and expectations. All required information must be submitted by the deadlines specified in the agreement to ensure venue readiness and compliance.

On the event date, Legacy Rise provides on-site venue support limited to access coordination, venue setup of included items, timeline awareness, and oversight of venue use. This support does not include full event planning, vendor management, or coordination unless expressly added in writing.

At the conclusion of the reserved time, clients are responsible for timely exit and compliance with all breakdown and departure guidelines outlined in the agreement. Following the event, Legacy Rise may request feedback or a testimonial, which is optional and does not affect the terms of the agreement.

Legacy Rise is designed for intimate celebrations. Events up to 50 guests are ideal, with larger gatherings considered upon review.

Micro-Weddings include a ceremony plus a limited celebration, while Ceremony-Only bookings are just the ceremony with guests departing immediately. All ceremonies require a marriage license.

Yes. All wedding packages require a designated wedding coordinator or planner to manage timelines, vendors, and ceremony direction.
