Before reserving your date, we invite you to review our values and approach to ensure Legacy Rise is the right fit for your vision.

Availability is confirmed through our website based on the selected package, date, and guest count. Dates are not held or reserved until a completed booking, signed agreement, and required payment are received.

A booking is finalized when the client completes the online booking process, executes the applicable agreement, and submits payment in full or as outlined in the contract. Upon completion, the event date and time are officially reserved, and all venue policies and guidelines become binding.

Following booking, clients receive a welcome guide and required pre-ceremony checklist outlining timelines, access details, and expectations. All required information must be submitted by the deadlines specified in the agreement to ensure venue readiness and compliance.

On the event date, Legacy Rise provides on-site venue support limited to access coordination, venue setup of included items, timeline awareness, and oversight of venue use. This support does not include full event planning, vendor management, or coordination unless expressly added in writing.

At the conclusion of the reserved time, clients are responsible for timely exit and compliance with all breakdown and departure guidelines outlined in the agreement. Following the event, Legacy Rise may request feedback or a testimonial, which is optional and does not affect the terms of the agreement.

On the day of your ceremony, Legacy Rise provides day-of venue support to ensure the space is prepared, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Venue staff assists with access, venue readiness, and overall flow of the property; however, we do not serve as wedding planners or coordinators.

Legacy Rise is designed for intimate celebrations. Events up to 50 guests are ideal, with larger gatherings considered upon review.

Micro-Weddings include a ceremony plus a limited celebration, while Ceremony-Only bookings are just the ceremony with guests departing immediately. All ceremonies require a marriage license.

Yes. All wedding packages require a designated wedding coordinator or planner to manage timelines, vendors, and ceremony direction.

Select your event type and package, review and e-sign the agreement, submit a non-refundable 20% retainer payment, and your date is secured.

Yes. Couples may choose from our preferred vendor list or bring licensed outside vendors who comply with the venue policies.

Legacy Rise is a spirit-free venue by intention. Alcohol is not permitted on the property at any time. Couples are welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic toasts and thoughtfully curated beverages that support a clear, present, and peaceful celebration.
