Tables, chairs, catering, décor, coordination, and Gathering Room access are not included unless added.

Curated experiences may include catering, signature mocktails, photography, DJ/MC, cake, florals, décor, officiant, coordination, setup, and day-of support, depending on the experience selected.

The Abide Deck

Outdoor Ceremonies and Celebrations | Up to 75 Seated Guests

• Four hours: $850

• Six hours: $950

• Full day: $1,100

Gathering Room rentals start at $350.

Showers, Dinners, Brunches and Private Gatherings |Up to 50 Seated Guests

• 2 hours — $350

• 4 hours — $550

• 6 hours — $750

• Full day (8 hours) — $950

Published rates include the Gathering Room rental and standard post-event cleaning. Applicable North Carolina sales tax and optional enhancements are additional. A signed agreement and a non-refundable 20% retainer are required to reserve a date. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
