Venue Agreements & House Policies
By reserving Legacy Rise, clients acknowledge and agree to the following core policies.
Our Environment
Legacy Rise is a church-owned venue offering a peaceful, respectful, and faith-honoring setting. We encourage couples to review our policies to ensure the space aligns with their vision.
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable 20% retainer are required to reserve your date. Final payment and guest count are due fourteen (14) days prior to the event. All payments are non-refundable.
Venue Use & Conduct
Use of the venue is limited to contracted spaces and approved guest counts. Clients are responsible for guests and vendors. Legacy Rise reserves the right to refuse service or end an event if policies or safety standards are violated. Only certified service animals are permitted.
Décor, Food & Property Care
Open flames, sparklers, glitter, confetti, tape, nails, and similar materials are prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted. Clients are responsible for cleanup and any damages.
Coordination & Legal Requirements
Wedding packages require a designated coordinator. Venue staff provide venue oversight only. A valid North Carolina marriage license is required for legal ceremonies.
Full Agreement
The complete Legacy Rise Venue Use Agreement will be provided during booking and must be signed prior to event confirmation.
